I have worked with Carolyn on two transactions - she sold my home on Sanibel and was my agent for a home I bought in Ft. Myers. I have never has such a POSITIVE experience with anyone in the real estate business. She is so professional, knowledgeable and pro-active. She answered every text and email within minutes and was on top of every detail. She went out of her way to provide ancillary services before I even asked for them i.e. insurance providers, quotes on various repairs etc. I cannot say enough about her. She knows the market and is extremely organized. What a pleasure to go through such a complex and sometimes emotional transaction and not have to worry about a thing. She had many showings and open houses and she sold my home for over the asking price in 6 weeks....she is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone without any reservations.

I cannot say enough about Carolyn Tongyai- I hired Carolyn after listing my house for over a year with another "Big name realtor" on the island- I wish I had gone with Carolyn from the start- She was very professional, but at the same time, was very Real- She was so kind, understanding, and willing to work with us throughout the entire process- She Advertised, did tons of open houses, was very patient with our needs as sellers, and did an all-around IMPECCABLE job, going WAY beyond the call of duty ( many times) Living out of state was never an issue because we trusted Carolyn wholeheartedly - She would take care of every request with an awesome attitude- But most importantly- She got the house SOLD quickly and for an awesome price- I can't say enough wonderful things about Carolyn Tongyai- My advice? Don't waste your time with anybody else - Carolyn gets it done, with a smile- We loved her!!
